About Trip:

Among the restricted area of Nepal Nar Phu is one of the most fascinating trek for trekkers which is opened since 2002 only. Nar Phu is also known as hidden valley and quite reach in Tibetan authentic culture and amazing landscape. The trek starts from Beshishahar and leads same route of Annapurna circuit up to Koto. After Koto we will embark restricted region Nar Phu which takes you narrow gorges to medieval villages, impressive Chortens, Monasteries, Nunneries, herds of the sheep and spectacular cliff side trails and over one of the region’s highest trekking passes. Yak herding agriculture remain the main stays of economy rather than tourism and  the traditional stone walled villages seems to have maintained a lifestyle untouched for centuries.

The best time for Nar Phu Thorong La trek is from mid March to May and September to November. However while it is rain shadow region of Nepal, we can trek in Jun, July and August as well. It offers amazing greenery and peace during our hike. Day 06: Dharapani to Koto.(2600m, 5hrs)

Day 07: Koto to Meta(3560m, 7hrs)

Day 08: Meta to Phu(4080m, 8hrs)

Day 09: Extra day to explore Himlung Base camp.

Day 10: Phu to Nar.(4110m, 8hrs)

Day 11: Nar to Kang La pass 5320m then descend to Nagwal.(3660m, 8hrs)

Day 12: Nagwal to Manang.(3540m, 3hrs)

Day 13: Side trip around Manang.

Day 14: Manang to Yak kharka(4050m, 4hrs)

Day 15: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi.(4450m, 3hrs)

Day 16: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La 5416m then descend to Muktinath.(3760m, 8hrs)

Day 17: Muktinath to Jomsom.(2720m, 5hrs)

Day 18: Jomsom to Pokhara by drive.

Day 19: Extra day in Pokhara.

Day 20: Pokhara to Kathmandu by drive.

Day 21: Transfer to international airport.

Useful Info
